Duwamish Hill Preserve - Restore DHP09/19/2026
Activities
Kick off the fall season at DHP! We need to clear blackberry and make room for planting season! Join Friends of the Hill and parks staff for a day of restoration!
The unique ecosystems at the Duwamish Hill Preserve highlight oak savannahs, camas prairie, wet sedge meadow, and the tule wetland. The hill itself is a geological wonder and is older than Mt. Rainier!
All ages and abilities are welcome, and no experience is necessary! Tools and training provided.
