Activities

Contribute to Science by photographing plants, trees, and wildlife through the iNaturalist App. Every observation, from the rarest butterfly to the most common backyard weed, can contribute to biodiversity science.

iNaturalist shares your findings with scientific data repositories like the Global Biodiversity Information Facility to help scientists find and use your data. All you have to do is observe. After we create accounts and learn about how to make observations, we can head out to Crystal Springs Park for a nature walk and make observations for practice.
