Duwamish Hill Preserve - Walk & Talk Litter …05/17/2024

Activities

Join Parks Staff for a Walk & Talk, Litter Clean Up event at Duwamish Hill Preserve. This sacred site has a long history; in fact, it is dated older than Mount Rainier. The site is right next to the river, so all the litter goes into the river and out to Puget Sound.

You can make a difference, by cleaning up trash while chatting with friends.

All ages OK

10 out of 15 participants registered.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothes, good walking shoes and dress for the weather. If it is hot a hat is recommended, some sites have little to no shade. A water bottle and small backpack is great to ensure both your hands are free to hold a grabber and trash bag. If you would like gloves, please bring them.
